The Woman Behind this Method
I built this from the inside out.
Literally.

In March 2025 my mum died.
And everything collapsed: my body, my business, my sense of self, my relationships… along with her.
I could barely get out of bed.
I wasn’t functioning. I wasn’t performing. I was just surviving… most days.
I’d spent a decade healing myself.
Chronic eczema, eating disorders, depression, anxiety.
But when my mom died, I couldn’t get myself to do a single one of them.
I knew exactly what I should be doing.
I just couldn’t do it.

What We Do Together
Every week builds on the last. By the end you won’t just feel better. You’ll understand why you burnt out, and exactly how to make sure it never owns you again.
Week 1 – Creating safety in your body
Before anything else, we teach your nervous system that it’s safe to stop bracing. You’ll learn your Ayurvedic dosha, identify your stress patterns and triggers, and build a daily grounding practice that actually fits your real life. Not the idealized version of it.
Week 2 – The Cyclical Body
You were never designed to operate at the same level every single day. This week we map your hormonal cycle: the four phases, your energy blueprint. We start designing a life that works with your biology instead of against it. No more pushing through. No more crashing.
Week 3 – Nutritional + Metabolic Awareness
Burnout and blood sugar dysregulation are deeply linked. Most women don’t know this. We look at how food, your Ayurvedic constitution, and your cycle interact to either fuel you or drain you. Simple, personalised shifts. Nothing extreme, nothing punishing.
Week 4 – The Feminine Reset
Here’s where we get into the stuff nobody wants to say out loud. You’re the empath. The giver. The one who feels everything deeply and says yes when every part of her body is screaming no. You’ve been pouring from an empty cup for so long you’ve forgotten what full even feels like. This week we start gently, safely untangling that. Putting you back at the centre of your own life.
Week 5 – Integration & Sustainability
Now we put it all together into something you can actually live. Cycle-aligned rhythms, energy boundaries, daily and weekly rituals that hold you. Not demand more from you. This week is about integration. Making it yours. Making it stick.
Week 6 – Closing ceremony
We close with intention. A somatic closing: movement, breath, ritual. To somatically anchor everything you’ve built over 6 weeks. You leave this program with a full personal blueprint and the knowledge that you know how to come back to yourself, every time.
This is not a passive learning course, hoping it sticks – this is a hands-on, interactive + practical course designed to guide you in physically creating your own healing blueprint.

Before you decide…
I’m already so depleted. Is this going to be another thing that drains me?
This is exactly the question I’d want you to ask. The whole point of this program is that it meets you where you are. Not where you think you should be. The calls are intimate and unhurried. There’s no performance required. You show up as you are. That’s enough.
I don’t track my cycle / I’m in perimenopause / my cycle is irregular. Is this still for me?
Yes. Cyclical living isn’t only about a textbook 28-day cycle. We work with whatever your body is actually doing. Including perimenopause, post-pill, irregular cycles, or simply not knowing yet. This adapts to you, not the other way around.
What if I can’t make a live call?
Every call is recorded and sent to you within 24 hours. You can submit questions in advance and they’ll be answered on the call. You won’t miss anything that matters.
How is this different from therapy or other wellness programs?
Therapy explores the past. This is about building your future, practically and somatically. We’re not analysing your childhood (though we do honour what shaped you). We’re building a body-based, cycle-aligned life you can actually sustain. This is a hands-on, done-with-you course. It’s practical. And it’s built around you specifically.
I’ve tried things before and nothing has worked. Why would this be different?
