( yes – even if you don’t have a menstrual cycle anymore).

Somatics – Releasing Societal Conditioning
Where you learn how to release societal + family expectations of how you “should” live, release the guilt, the shame + the “good-girl” personality, and fully step into your embodied, empowered and sovereign woman who lives unapologetically, takes control of your life + lives it how YOU want. This is not just fluffy healing, this is deep generational healing + taking back your power.

Hi, I’m Cheye
I was unknowingly burnt out for 10 years.
I thought I was lazy, incompetent and moving slow was “just how I did things.”
I watched as other people lived their lives, seemingly full of life + energy. And I just…couldn’t.
I knew I needed help when I just wanted to left alone, didn’t want to see anyone, and couldn’t even have the energy to reply to messages.
Until I decided that I could change my reality.
Learning about Ayurveda + cyclical living didn’t just shift my habits – it changed my body, changed my relationships, changed my personality and my life.
I now get to guide women in healing their burnout, come home to themselves & transform the way they show up in the world.
