Fire & Ice events are living experiences: ice baths that crack the numbness wide open, fire ceremonies that ignite the parts of us we forgot, nervous system alchemy that leaves the individual grounded, awake and unmistakably alive.
Whether you want a sacred circle, a full elemental evening, or a drop-in experience that becomes the heartbeat of your event – Fire & Ice meets your vision and elevates it.
Soul Alchemy
Ceremony. Elemental activation. Somatic grounding. Nervous system regulation. Movement medicine.
The Offering:
A full shamanic journey inviting all parts of ourselves into the present moment through somatic movement and music.
Using somatic movement, mindfulness, medicine music, breath work and connection, we collapse timelines between the inner child, present self and highest selves. Using this session to expand our joy and presence, connect to oneself and others and call in our manifestations through movement and visualisation to embody and call in what we desire, while moving through limiting beliefs and total acceptance and love.
The sessions are 90min long.
What I require from the space:
An open space to move and dance – either indoors or outdoors.
Pricing:
£100 per day – one session per day for an event setup.
£40 per single, private session.
A single all-inclusive fee for setup + facilitation.
Ice Bath Sessions
The Offering:
A high-impact Fire & Ice experience designed for festival flow.
Drop-in sessions or pre-booked time slots, full equipment setup, and nervous system alchemy that becomes the heartbeat of your wellness zone.
What I require from the venue:
Water, reliable electricity, and a fire-safe area or dedicated ritual space.
Pricing:
Per-person rate or a festival collaboration model, depending on your structure.
Private Events

Customized, unique rituals crafted for your special occasion.
Elemental activations, somatic dance release, fire & ice ceremonies and nervous system alchemy.
